I find it incredibly easy to use and fast. see https://www.yugma.com . 

You can use the service as often as you wish and can invite up to 10 other people to each web session. You get real time desktop sharing, annotation, whiteboarding, change presenters, and it works great on both Mac and Windows (I hear Linux coming soon).  Very good annotation and whiteboarding feature. Change presenters. I also like their widget button. I have added a button to my website and blog.
